JSHARPZ THE BARBER ("Company," "we," "our," "us") provides premium mobile barbering services, bringing professional grooming directly to clients' preferred locations including homes, offices, hotels, and other agreed-upon venues throughout NYC and surrounding areas.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking channels (phone, email, or online platform). Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
All appointments require confirmation 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to confirm may result in appointment cancellation.
Client must provide a suitable location with adequate lighting, electrical access, and appropriate space for service delivery. Indoor locations are preferred for optimal service quality.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods (Venmo, Cash App, etc.). Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Service pricing is determined based on the type of service requested and location. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. All prices will be communicated prior to service confirmation.
Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory. Any tips are at the client's discretion.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 4 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
Clients who fail to be present at the scheduled time and location without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
In the event that we must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive full refund of any prepaid amounts and priority rebooking.
All services are performed by licensed professionals using sanitized, professional-grade equipment and premium products.
We maintain strict health and safety protocols including equipment sanitization between clients and adherence to all applicable health regulations.
A brief consultation will be conducted before each service to ensure client satisfaction and address any specific requirements or concerns.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain professional liability insurance and are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
While we take care to protect client property during service delivery, clients are responsible for securing valuable items. We are not liable for damage to client property unless directly caused by our negligence.
Clients must inform us of any known allergies to hair care products or fragrances prior to service. We are not liable for allergic reactions to products when proper disclosure was not made.
We respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and service details. Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Any concerns or disputes should first be addressed directly with our management team for prompt resolution.
If direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through mediation in accordance with New York State law.
These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
